Position: Sales Executive

Location: Mumbai

Indusustry: Telecom/ISP, IT-Hardware & Networking

Experience: 0-1 yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Candidate with excellent communication and presentation skills with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Direct/corporate sales/Channel Sales.
  • Hunting new accounts
  • Corporate Sales/Channel Sales experience with Telecom/IT Hardware background.
  • Product experience of IT Hardware – Servers, PC consumable etc.
  • Should have good negotiation Skills.
  • Mapping the organization.
  • Generating the new business.
  • Responsible to close the orders.
  • Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.
  • Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plan on the assigned accounts.
  • Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.

 

Skills/Qualifications:-

 

    • Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experience in selling technology products in IT/Telecom industry.
    • Experience in a MNC or corporate company.
    • Excellent communication & interpersonal selling skills with ability to interact at all levels in organizations be it CXO levels etc.
    • High achievement record within Corporate Sales.
    • Should have good negotiation Skills.
    • Move the sale through the entire sales process, actively engaging other company resources as necessary to ensure success.
    • Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
    • Experience in selling video conferencing, telecom products, and network or security products.
    • Worked with an S.I company & IT Resellers.
    • Preferable if sold MS solution Exchange etc. or telecom products PBX or data & security products e.g. Router, firewall, load balancer etc.
        1. Should have very good communication skills and Pleasant Personality.
        2. Should be a strong Sales Person with Go Getter Attitude.

Position - Sales Manager

Location: Innova Telecom Pvt. Ltd. No. 2, Ground Floor, Mota Chamber, 9, Millers Road, Bangalore – 560052

Experience:7-9 yrs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Corporate Sales experience with Telecom/IT Hardware background.
  • Product experience of IT Hardware – Servers, PC consumable etc.
  • Should have good negotiation Skills.
  • Mapping the organization. Generating the new business.
  • Responsible to close the orders.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Mapping the customer entire expansion details and developing sales plan accordingly on the assigned accounts.
  • Create monthly, quarterly sales and service plan on the assigned accounts.
  • Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
  • Create, build and enhance business thru’ partners – SI’s and Resellers.
